We cannot wait for this album to have us in a chokehold.

The Weeknd and Playboi Carti are making music together. The Weeknd welcomed the rapper at his São Paulo show on Saturday where the pair debuted their brand new collaboration. Though a title for the song – or a release date – are yet to be announced, fans are already going berserk for it. You can listen to the new track (and watch The Weeknd’s whole performance) below.

Carhartt WIP’s AW24 campaign takes influence from the uncanny. Shot in a remote woodland area on the precipice of nightfall, the collection – made up of the brand’s signature utility-cum-streetwear trousers, jeans, jackets and more – strikes against its unsettling rural backdrop. Taking inspiration from “suburban teenage boredom, rebellion, and elements of ritualistic fantasy,” the campaign feels like a Carhartt special of The Blair Witch Project – just in time for spooky season.

Another day, another Luca Guadagnino movie announcement. This time, his longtime producer Peter Spears confirmed to Indiewire that he’d be working with the director on Leading Men– an adaptation of the book by Christopher Castellani. The book is a fictionalised retelling of the romance between the iconic playwright Tennessee Williams and his partner Frank Merlo in the mid-20th century. Matthew Lopez, who wrote the excellent stage play The Inheritance, is writing the screenplay.

A24 has acquired Brady Corbet’s The BrutalistThe historical epic, which achieved a 12-minute standing ovation after its debut at this year’s Venice Film Festival and scored Corbet the Silver Lion award for best director, is a 3.5-hour masterful work of character building. The film follows Laszlo Toth, a Jewish architect who, having escaped from Hungary at the end of World War Two, meets a rich client who changes his life forever. It’s a masterpiece, and the best film of the year according to our entertainment editor, Douglas Greenwood.

Babe wake up, new Supreme x Martine Rose is coming. Consisting of en-vogue leather moto jackets, football scarves, velour tracksuits and more, the collection is full of motocross-influenced streetwear that even Keanu Reeves would be jealous of. The collection, dropping online later this week, will also come with a purchasable 44-page photo zine, of which all profits will be donated to St. Giles Trust, a UK-based charity helping people affected by homelessness, substance abuse or violence.

Sarah Burton is the new creative director of Givenchy. The news comes almost one year to the day of the English designer’s departure from Alexander McQueen, where she had worked for 26 years and held the title of creative director for 13 years. “I am so excited to be able to write the next chapter in the story of this iconic house and to bring to Givenchy my own vision, sensibility and beliefs,” Sarah said.
