    The Puma ‘Mostro’ has had a minimalist makeover. Praise the shoe lords! Puma is bringing back the ‘Mostro’ – a spiky, experimental shoe inspired by track spikes and surfing shoes of the 80s. First introduced in 1999, the shoe has been treasured for its functionality and effortless style. The ‘Mostro’ revamp – available in two chic monochrome colours – celebrates the style’s 25th birthday. It’s true what they say: the shoe really is practical and stylish – perfect for when you’ve got a fashion launch at 7 and track practice at 8, or whatever. The new ‘Mostro’ will be available from 21 September in selected retailers worldwide.

Kate Herron – known for directing Loki – will direct the film, while Margot Robbie’s production company LuckyChap will produce it alongside Vertigo Entertainment. The nostalgia of it all!     Troye Sivan has responded to homophobic claims that he’s on the Sweat Tour to use Grindr. “Straight people are getting way too comfortable,” Troye says in a TikTok addressing the statement made by the gossip-slash-tabloid TikTok account Celebritea Blinds. “That’s genuinely homophobic, it’s like a stereotype […] I’m going on tour because I released an album, and because people are buying tickets to come see the show, so fuck you.” We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again: can everyone please just be normal?

    Double the RPatz, double the fun. The trailer for Bong Joon-ho’s upcoming sci-fi comedy Mickey 17 has just dropped. Based on the 2022 novel Mickey7 by Edward Ashton, the film follows the character of Mickey Barnes (Robert Pattinson), an “expendable” employee who is sent on dangerous space missions with the goal of colonising an ice planet. Any time one Mickey dies, another one is created – until one day, there’s two. Rob will star alongside Steven Yeun, Toni Collette and Mark Ruffalo. It arrives in cinemas on 31 January 2025.

Co-written with Uncut Gems‘ co-writer Ronald Bronstein, the film reportedly focuses on the life of professional ping pong player Marty Reisman, also known as “the wizard of table tennis.” Other details of the project have been pretty hush-hush.
