The Dutch designer is putting his namesake label on pause to take the helm at Jean Paul Gaultier, becoming the house’s first-ever permanent creative director. “I see in him the energy, audacity and playful spirit… the new enfant terrible of fashion,” says Gaultier. Lantink will show his debut ready-to-wear collection in September, followed by couture in January 2026.

New Eartheater music! This time it’s a double single with her friend and regular remix collaborator Shygirl. Titled “Shark Brain/Dolphin,” it’s inspired by the shared anatomy between humans and those creatures. Despite working together on remixes in the past, Eartheater and Shy have never linked up on an original track before. This is the first. Check them out here and here.

A season of underseen films by Black women is coming to BFI Southbank. Titled Black Debutantes, and curated by i-D contributor Rógan Graham, it features retrospectives of crucial films in the cinematic canon, many of which haven’t been seen on UK soil before.

Gucci and Tate team up to fuel London’s next wave of creative talent. Through its Changemakers London initiative, Gucci is backing the Tate Collective Producers programme, which gives young creatives aged 16-25 the chance to shape events and experiences at Tate galleries. The collaboration will expand the programme with more access, training, and paid opportunities for emerging talent across the British capital.
