While Fabric has remained vacant since having its license revoked last month, efforts to preserve its culture continue to enrich the iconic London club’s surrounding streets and venues. One loyal fan’s mission included a 24-hour dance marathon outside Fabric to raise awareness and proper funding for its legal bills. On the other side of the Thames, at London’s House of Vans, an art exhibition and bass-orientated music fundraiser will be giving all proceeds to Fabric’s #saveourculture campaign to help the club appeal the revocation of its license. As well as sets from heavyweights including DJ Hype and Ed Rush & Optical, the show will feature photos shot throughout the years by Fabric’s in-house photographers. Work by Sarah Ginn, Nick Ensing, Danny Seaton, Anna Mills, and Emilie Pria will be displayed in the venue’s gallery space and available for purchase. If you happen to be in London on October 12, purchase a ticket here. If not, you can donate to the campaign here and take a trip through Fabric and Seaton’s photographic archives here.
