After taking us track-by-track through his latest EP Blank Canvas: Vol 1, Preditah today premieres the brand new video for the super-grimy Touch Road, featuring his brother C4.
The B&W short, set in a Birmingham car-park with Selfridges glinting in the background, was directed by JoJo. “As the director I thought it was an essential idea to base the music video in a prime location in Birmingham,” JoJo tells us. “I came up with the idea of shooting the performance scenes of C4 inside the vehicle and around it because it tied in with the theme of the track.”
“Touch Road is an authentic and raw track so we wanted the video to reflect that. Our aim was to keep it as simple and natural as possible. No unnecessary cameos, no location changes, just raw and rags basically,” laughs C4.
