Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande made the cut in Supporting Actress, joined by Jamie Lee Curtis wearing bad fake tan in The Last Showgirl. Daniel Craig was edged out (no pun intended) in Best Actor for his performance in Queer by another Brit: Hugh Grant, who played the bad guy in A24’s horror Heretic. If there’s anything we can gleam from this list, it’s that BAFTA voters are all over Emilia Pérez.
