We’re delighted to share this mix by Sydney artist Thick Owens, AKA Thorsten Hertog. At the tender age of 22 Thorsten has supported seasoned international diggers Intergalactic Gary, Voiski, Steve Bicknell and Sleeparchive, while curating some of the city’s best underground parties, like OKRA and haüs of the rising sün. But it’s the forthcoming festival SOFT CENTRE (staged inside an old powerhouse!)that we’re pegging as his most exciting gig to date.

SOFT CENTRE will pair experimental electronic artists with sensory altering light works and immersive performance pieces. This mix is the sound of SOFT CENTRE condensed down to a bite size, traversing all the sonic territories punters might experience inside the cavernous Powerhouse.
