Please pinch us, we must be be dreaming. Yesterday Tinashe shared an Instagram photo of herself beside Miss Britney Spears, following one of her Vegas shows. Honestly, we’d be happy to learn the pair had just been hanging out as pals, but the real news is far better than that.
They’ve recorded a song together. In a very sweet caption, Tinashe wrote “the face you make when the rumors are true and you collabed with your idol & basically your whole life is a dream so you keep it cute for Brit but inside you are wigless and dead.” She also hashtagged the post #reallyhappening, so you don’t need to cross your fingers about this one. Imagine a Tinashe version of Circus, or a Britney cover of 2 On. It would work spectacularly well.
