Justin Bieber has been on the road touring his explosive 2015 album Purpose since March, and he won’t be stopping anytime soon. Histour will visit well over 100 cities before ending in November. The most recent show was in Orlando, Florida — the city rocked by the Pulse nightclub shooting. Initially, the tragedy left some fans anxious Bieber would cancel his visit to town, but he quickly assured them it would go ahead as planned. “I stand with Orlando in support. Love you Orlando!” Bieber tweeted in June.
Over the weekend 17,000 people attended the sold-out Orlando show, and Bieber made a point to honor the victims of the attack. #OrlandoStrong flashed across the mega-screen backing Bieber’s performance, and after the show concluded Bieber signed off on Twitter with “Thank you for tonight. Don’t ever be afraid to be yourself.”
