Karl Lagerfeld is known for his extensive career in fashion, not only as a legendary designer and a white-haired, dark glasses wearing icon, but also as a photographer. To celebrate his photographic career, an exhibition of his work will take place at the Palazzo Pitti in Florence during Pitti Uomo, a biannual trade show for menswear. Karl Lagerfeld_Visions of Fashion iscurated by Eric Pfrunder and Gerhard Steidl and will document Karl’s photographic style from snapshots and fashion shoots to images inspired by classical mythology and even some never seen before images.
KARL LAGERFELD_Visions of Fashion will be opened to the public on 15 June 2016.
