If you don’t love Young Thug, you probably haven’t listened to him enough. The self-proclaimed alien and androgynous dressing pioneer is one of the most loveable dudes in hip-hop right now—his latest video just proves why. It’s a super-sweet love in between Thugger and his fiancée Jerrika Karlae (who he may have proposed to over Instagram) soundtracked by Worth It, his a slow-burning ode to Jerrika.
Co-directed by Thugger himself, the Worth It clip doesn’t give too much away about the pair’s relationship, though it sure shows a lot. Nevertheless, we grabbed a few simple takeaways about hip-hop’s new Diddy and Cassie: namely, they both look damn good in a hats, they can rock a matching look and their kids will be genetically blessed. We can hardly comprehend it.
We have Gucci Mane to thank for the beautiful pair, ’cause they met when Young Thug was recording at his studio a few years ago. Who know what the trio will get up to when Gucci is released this September…
