is jaden smith writing a philosophy book?

Rumor has it that the eldest Smith child is collecting mystical musings in a prophetic new text.

“How Can Mirrors Be Real If Our Eyes Aren’t Real.” “If Newborn Babies Could Speak They Would Be The Most Intelligent Beings On Planet Earth.” Jaden Smith’s esoteric Twitter musings and metaphysics-focused press interviews (#pranaenergy) have made him the Internet’s unofficial philosopher. But according to US Weekly, the elder Smith’s cosmic ponderings will soon be published IRL, as a philosophy book.

“Jaden sees himself as a modern-day prophet and is working on a collection of essays,” a “pal” told the magazine. “They’re new takes on string theory and chaos theory, but more mystical.” Though the gossip mag and its unnamed confidant aren’t exactly the most reliable sources, this news is neither surprising nor unlikely. In a recent GQ interview, the Indigo Child spoke about “Mystery School” — an initiative he created with Willow to learn more about sacred ancient societies — his connection to Galileo, and why he wants to open offices at MIT one day. His clothing brand, MSFTS, aims to make math and science cool.

But the source shared some even stranger details regarding the specifics of Jaden’s forthcoming philosophy tome, suggesting Smith has enlisted literal ghost writers: “Jaden thinks he has spiritual ties to people in other dimensions and galaxies, and they are helping him write.” This pal also told the magazine that Jaden is gunning to be a guru, stating, “He hopes to have a spiritual following when he releases these.”

Whether any of this is true doesn’t really matter (both Smiths would be the first to tell you that reality is a socially constructed concept designed to cage our minds from thinking across multiple dimensions of time). Let’s all just picture Jaden pulling a Casper the Friendly Ghost with the spirit of Socrates in his backyard pyramid.
