It's election day, so we quiz the cool kids on who they're casting their votes for. This is your world, shape it or someone else will.

Where are you from?
Wolverhampton.

What do you do?
I’m a photography assistant.

Will you be voting in the upcoming General Election?
Yes.

If so, who are you going to vote for and why? If not, why not?
The Green Party. They understand the importance of Art in our society and the need for equal living.

What issues are closest to your heart?
Mental health.

What needs to be done to change them?
Mental health is a big issue and the fact that we don’t know enough about it causes many problems. I would like to see more help towards finding better treatment for people and support. Not just for those with mental health issues but also those who have to help people who are suffering. We need to get rid of stigmas and prejudices against it so no one lives in fear of asking for help or fear of living with it.

What newspapers, magazines or websites do you read to keep up to date with politics?
The Guardian, but I try not to read the news too much and try to talk to lots of different people about it instead. Like my Grandma for instance, even though she has different views to me she always makes me see the bigger picture and that it is hard to be idealistic in this world. I feel like you get a better perspective on things this way, and I always want to see the other person’s justification of their views.

If you could choose anyone in the world to be prime minister, who would you choose and why?
The hugging saint, or Jean-Paul Sartre, they make sense to me.
