Agathe Snow’s Stamina
Combining live events, sculptures and installations, Agathe Snow‘s work has been revered in the contemporary art scene for its commentary on the post-9/11 downtown scene. In 2005, she filmed a 24-hour dance party to capture her own friends dancing, fighting, hooking up and reflecting on life. On Thursday, for the first time, all 24 hours will be played during another party, this one at the Guggenheim with live music from the likes of Dev Hynes and the Onyx Collective.
Thursday, August 20 at 6PM, at the Guggenheim, 1071 Fifth Avenue.

Girls at Night on the Internet
26-year-old artist Grace Miceli started her online gallery Art Baby in response to the heavy presence of work created by white males in the art world. A fresh and thought-provoking voice, herself, Miceli curates the creations of other exciting artists on the internet, whatever their take or medium. For the first time, she’ll bring a mix of these artists to a space IRL, showing the feminist-driven, often pop culture-centered work of Petra Collins, Amalia Soto, Molly Matalon and more.
Opens Friday, August 21, at Alt Space Gallery, 41 Montrose Avenue, Brooklyn.
