Since popping up on i-D’s radar last year, things just keep getting better for Brooklyn-born electronic trio Wet. They’re now signed to a major label, plus their new single Deadwater signified an exciting debut LP ahead. They shipped out to Western Massachusetts to record the album, so NOWNESS and Yours Truly paid them a visit to document their creative process in a short film. In the video, singer Kelly Zutrau talks about recording in a barn, songwriting over e-mail and finding something meaningful. Interspersed with a live performance of breakout track ‘I don’t wanna be your girl’, the film provides a beautiful insight into one of today’s most promising acts. Watch it here.
