glamp on melbourne’s city skyline

The makers of Laneway Festival, Sister Bella, Thousand Pound Bend and The Workers Club bring to us their newest project; St Jerome’s Rooftop Glamp.

Three stories up, on the top of Melbourne Central, you’ll soon find your not so average hotel room. From May 20th, the roof will be decked out as a luxurious campground, otherwise know as St Jerome’s Hotel. 25 standard rooms and 5 suites will be spread out on a roof the size of a football field in Homecamp bell tents. For $300 a night you’ll be treated to a potted forest, a bar, astroturf laid floors, and a very impressive skyline view.

The concept was spurred from Jerome Borazio’s nack for using unused and under-utilised spaces in the city to create one of a kind experiences.

If you weren’t already packing your bag, a night stay includes 24 hour concierge service, tai chi, mediation lessons, chauffeured cars, and breakfast. The glamping hotel will be up for around 6 months, so if this unconventional night away appeals to you, you can book in now here.
