Meet Christina Tosi, the pastry chef behind New York and Toronto’s Milk Bar. The sister bakery of David Chang’s Momofuku restaurant empire, Tosi’s cult bakery is notoriously delicious. Her “crack pie” is as addictive as it sounds and her cereal-milk ice cream is revered by just about everyone under the sun. Karlie Kloss was such a fan that she teamed up with Tosi to launch her own line of wholesome (and philanthropic) baked treats, Karlie’s Kookies. To add to Tosi’s tasty legacy, she also recently penned her second cookbook, Milk Bar Life (out April 7), wherein she reveals the recipes for some of the Milk Bar team’s most beloved home dishes and family meals, from the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich to the amazing-sounding snack “Kimcheezits.” To top it all off, Tosi was recently announced as the third judge on next season’s Master Chef panel. Get it girl! We asked the tireless multitasker to tell us about her i-Deal everything.
