If Alexa Chung manages to clear a room by means of karaoke, what chance do we have? The model has joined forces with director Gia Coppola to create a dreamily uneasy advert to promote her collaboration with AG Jeans.
In a Gia Coppola directed video for the brand we see Chung in the karaoke spotlight at an otherwise monotone party, she’s hogging the mic with Stevie Nicks’ “Blue Denim”.
Turns out the leggy denim ambassador can sing.
The “Alexa Chung for AG” line is inspired by the old-school silhouettes of late sixties, early seventies denim and includes 20 pieces designed by Chung. Think wardrobe staples with a total ban on camel toes.
