After two brilliantly received women’s collections, Executive Creative Director of Coach Stuart Vevers, will debut his first menswear collection for the iconic, New York-based, luxury design house on 9th January 2015. Revamping a brand that previously only encompassed a limited selection of outerwear and seasonal items, and bringing it to the forefront of men’s fashion in the same way he did with the womenswear division. It will include ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and jewellery. As LC:M continues to grow as the hub of “cool” fashion, known for supporting young designers and nurturing the next generation of talent, it makes sense for Stuart to choose the English capital as the setting for Coach’s debut menswear show. “Though Coach is American to the core, that juxtaposition is the essence of our brand: blending the established with the cool,” he says. He’ll be joining the big names like Tom Ford and Moschino as they present their collections in the same city.
