The new year often brings a sense of hope, the possibility of a fresh start. 2026 has certainly started with a notable rigor, in just 31 days we’ve seen internet blackouts in Iran, death at the hands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in America, and an Invasion Day bomb scare in Australia. Seeing the month through your eyes reminds me how many of us there are, around the world, ready and willing to fight back. To which I say, fight on.
