A playlist of what should’ve been on our Lovebox stage this weekend

See you at the London festival in 2021?

For obvious reasons, i-D won’t be hosting the mainstage at London’s Lovebox Festival this weekend, so unfortunately you won’t be witnessing an incredible selection of artists perform. With a line-up including Tyler, the Creator, FKA twigs, Charli XCX, Jorja Smith, Peggy Gou and Kaytranada, we were excited to make our second year with the West London festival a truly special one. Spread across three days, sets were also due from DJ collective Prestige Pak, Leicester band Easy Life, Anderson Paak & the Free Nationals, L Devine, Lava La Rue, Bakar, Kojey Radical, Wuh Oh, Mabel and more. So yeah, sorry about that.

Here’s to next year! Until then, here’s an ode to the epic line-up that never quite was in playlist form, and the recommendation to take a trip down memory lane to when Brockhampton, Lizzo, Chance The Rapper and Solange graced our Lovebox stage back in 2019. Because remember when standing within two metres of someone to watch live music wasn’t life-threatening? That was fun.
