In a new video for Funny or Die—perfectly titled “Walk Of No Shame”, the internet’s best girlfriend Amber Rose rebrands the walk home after staying the night at someone’s house. In the clip, she emerges from a dude’s house looking fresh faced and satisfied. Shoes in hand, she saunters through the neighbourhood, smiling at locals, and basking in their congratulations over getting laid, and generally being a super cool, confident person.
A construction worker offers an encouraging alternative to a cat call with, “I respect that you enjoyed yourself last night”. While a bearded man leans out a blacked out van and comments, “You’re an inspiration to my daughter”.
Before the video ends she has crossed paths with another smiling woman who is also walking home after a night of satisfying sex with someone she’ll probably never see again, received the key to the city, opened a young boy’s eyes to female sexuality, and rejected Orange is the New Black’s Matt McGorry.
The clip is to promote Rose’s upcoming Slut Walk in Los Angeles, the most recent in a series of global events to protest sexual violence and slut-shaming.
