Exploring the legendary career Björk began in 1993 by enchanting the world with her Debut album, the book will be her first publication in over ten years. With an intro by MoMA curator Klaus Beisenbach, the paperback covers the artist’s seven major albums and the personas surrounding each through poetry, academic analysis, philosophical texts and stunning visuals.

Overseeing the creation, Björk called on close friends and collaborators to contribute, including Icelandic poet Sjón, directors Chris Cunningham and Spike Jonze, and musicology professor, Nicola Dibben. Portraits by Nan Goldin, Juergen Teller, Inez & Vinoodh and Araki are featured, as well as now iconic costumes designed by Alexander McQueen, Sophia Kokosalaki and Hussein Chalayan. The book is a real celebration of creativity and comes with four booklets and a poster featuring artwork of all of her releases. Björk: Archives is packed Full Of Love and Wanderlust, Possibly Maybe guaranteed to make you Violently Happy. Put simply, this is definitely one to add to your reading list! Once It’s In Our Hands, we’re never going to let it go.
