We’re barely halfway through 2016, and it really does feel like the year that every genetically blessed fashion baby came of age. The latest to join Lily Rose Depp, Brooklyn Beckham, and Hailey Baldwin is Kaia Gerber — Cindy Crawford‘s 14-year-old daughter.
After joining her mom in a recent Chrome Hearts campaign, followed by an appearance on the cover of Vogue Paris, the teen has been named as the latest face of Miu Miu. Her debut comes in the form of a five minute long campaign video for the brand’s Scenquie eyewear. In the film we follow Kaia on a lazy summer day as she takes a dip and tries not to lose her Miu Miu specs to the bottom of a pool.
It’s hard not to imagine that this is what the past 14 years of the model’s life actually looked like (albeit with mom Cindy shouting from inside to put on some suntan lotion). Check it out below.
