With a population of less than 14,000 subjects—er, residents—Seekonk, Massachusetts isn’t exactly one of George R.R. Martin’s Seven Kingdoms. But that’s not stopping the sleepy South Shore town from getting in on all of Game of Thrones‘ gory glory.
As local news station NBC 10 reported, a new housing development that’s actually called Winterfell has broken ground in Seekonk. What’s more, all of the streets will be named after GoT’s famous families. They’ve already started digging out Lannister Lane, which means all future Stark Street residents know exactly which houses to egg the shit out of on Halloween.
Although Winterfell’s 11 lots won’t feature fully finished dungeons or two-dragon garages, you can expect all of today’s top amenities like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances—perfect for hosting a neighborly slaughtering banquet.
