The other day Nicki Minaj shared the tracklisting for her new album, The Pinkprint, but one star singer didn’t get the official name-check: Jessie Ware. The British vocalist has now confirmed on Twitter, “So happy to be a part of @NICKIMINAJ’s new album, featuring on The Crying Game #ThePinkPrint SURPRISE! X” thus adding herself to one of the best line-ups of the year, alongside Beyonce (on Feeling Myself), Ariana Grande (on Get On Your Knees), Jeremih (on Favorite) and Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown (all on freshly-out Only).
The album is one of a trio of highly-anticipated blockbuster releases – along with Frank Ocean’s and Rihanna’s – and looks set to be grown-up, rampagingly sexual Nicki, as opposed to for-the-kids Nicki; a situation we’re more than happy with.
The Pinkprint is out on 15th December.
