Legendary stylist, accessories designer and i-D contributor Judy Blame has teamed up with British perfumer Jo Malone, creating four designs for Jo Malone London presentation boxes, inspired by London’s Pearly Kings and Queens.
Blame is known for customising garments and creating accessories using buttons and his minimal designs for Jo Malone reference this signature, with black and cream buttons motifs arranged in evocative patterns: “A heart for charity. An anchor for hope. A crown for royalty” and, of course, a “post-punk pin,” each tied up with a contrasting button print ribbon.
The Judy Blame for Jo Malone London box designs can be paired with 100ml cologne of your choice, available from 1 June exclusively at Selfridges.
