Have you noticed Kanye’s hair change lately? Beyond this 2024 look, the rapper’s kept things totally uniform for years. Almost eerily uniform–it’s as if he gets his hair cut every single day.
If Rihanna’s dad is to be believed, he does. Speaking with Heat, Ronald Fenty recounts witnessing Kanye get daily haircuts while on tour with Rihanna back in 2010. “It’s crazy – he pays his barber $500 a time,” Robin explained “I don’t understand how that much hair gets taken off. Kanye just loves the fresh look.”
His barber didn’t exactly deny the story either, telling the same magazine this: “He asked me to move to New York City and I told him, ‘When you can pay me what I make in my shop, I’ll move’.” Looks like Kanye’s still paying a solid sum. As for the daily haircuts, since Kanye’s become a dad he might not have time for that kind of thing any more.
