Bow ties at the ready, y’all, things are about to get nerdy. The multihyphenate supermodel Karlie Kloss has announced that she will join Bill Nye ‘the Science Guy’ for a new Netflix show called Bill Nye Saves the World. With a talk-show format, the series is set to explore science’s impact on politics, culture, religion and more.
In a short teaser, Kloss videos in from the Arc de Triomphe in Paris (bien sur), promising, “We’ll be talking about every nerdy thing you can dream of.” With her background in coding (she set up the Kode with Klossy scholarship), and NYU courses in computer science and software engineering under her belt, Kloss is sure to make all our techy dreams come true.

The Chicagoan supermodel is joined by an exciting and diverse cast: Emily Calandrelli, an MIT-trained engineer who says she is passionate about science literacy, space exploration, and equality; Joanna Hausmann, an NY-based Venezuelan comedian and writer; Nazeem Hussain, an Australian-Sri Lankan comedian and actor; and Derek Muller, the science presenter and filmmaker behind the Veritasium Youtube channel.
Bill Nye Saves the World is scheduled to hit Netflix in spring 2017.
