Lily-Rose Depp has spoken about her experiences in the worlds of fashion and film in a quick-fire Q&A released to celebrate her unveiling as the latest cover star of Love. Accompanying her colourful 80s style cover shot, Lily-Rose answers a question about the difference between acting and modelling to say that, “Acting is more emotional”.
Depp’s most high-profile work to date is arguably as a muse and campaign star at Chanel, but with three films coming out in 2016, her acting looks set to take centre stage. Lily-Rose will star opposite Natalie Portman in Planetarium; alongside director Kevin Smith’s daughter Harley Quinn Smith in Yoga Hosers; and as the protégé and rival of Soko in French film The Dancer.
As for her future career, the 16 year old says she isn’t making any solid plans, but she wants to stick with acting. “I don’t have any plans in particular, I just know this is what I want to do and I want to work hard at it, and hopefully keep finding roles as beautiful as the ones I’ve already been lucky enough to come across,” she says.
