Ludovic de Saint Sernin’s reputation as queer fashion’s most desired designer only continues to grow. First came the salacious sex toy collaboration; then he gave us deliciously BDSM-esque leather underwear. In the past few weeks alone, we’ve been treated to Swarovski-studded starsign tank tops and his jewellery launch, which features Top, Bottom and Vers rings and necklaces. The options for fashion-conscious gays were truly unlimited.
But for those wishing for a little more tactility before they join the illustrious, sexy group of LDSS customers, here’s a chance for you to try before you buy: Ludovic de Saint Sernin will launch his own pop-up store in the heart of Paris’ Marais during Paris Fashion Week. Open from 1 – 4 October, the new, temporary location is situated in a special spot: right next to Ludovic’s own studio.
As well as the latest ready-to-wear pieces, customers will also be able to grab accessories, underwear, swimwear and jewellery from Ludovic’s most recent collections. There will even be an exclusive first look at some new, never-before-sold garments, with the opportunity to own and flex them first.
“I can’t wait to meet you all in person and for you to be able to try on your favourite looks!” Ludovic says of the forthcoming brick and mortar venture. You’ll have to physically wrestle with us to be first in line.
The Ludovic de Saint Sernin pop-up is open from 1 to 4 October at 21 rue Debelleyme, Paris.
