How did you come to model? It started in 2005 when I went with my sister Haley to the Cadbury Dream Model Search competition. It’s a long story but after being signed years later, I was sent to New York with my Dad to build my portfolio. How would you describe your style? Casual for the most part. Star Sign? Libra. Who have you worked with before? Because my modelling career began when I was so young, there’s a bit of a list: World, Huffer, Trelise Cooper, Zambesi, Karen Walker and international brands like Shiseido and Coca-cola. I’ve done commercial work, editorial, runway shows and also music videos. How are you feeling about NZFW 2017? I’m really excited, it’ll be my first time walking it since 2010. What are you most excited about for the week? That I’m finally old enough to attend Fashion Week after parties!

How did you come to modelling? I saw that Stolen Girlfriends Club was doing open castings for people who didn’t have an agent. I thought I may as well try it out. How would you describe your style? Don’t really have one style. I mix and match a lot. Star Sign? Scorpio What have you walked in before? Nothing. How are you feeling about NZFW ? I’m excited, which probably means I’m gonna be nervous on the night. What ‘s important to you right now? Finishing school and Brockhampton’s new album. What’s your favourite place to party or hang out in Auckland right now? Marbecks. Where do you hope to take your modelling in the future? As far as it can go.

How did you come to model? I’ve never really wanted to model at all in my life, I’ve much rather preferred being behind it all, but my Mum gave me the chance to try it out and I’ve enjoyed it ever since. Your family is in fashion, right? I’ve grown up in the industry going to shows since I could walk thanks to my dad who runs Crane Brothers. How would you describe your style? I admit I don’t put in much effort but I’d call it contemporary, and different to what the majority are trying to do. Star Sign? Sagittarius. What are you most excited about for the week? Probably the Stolen Girlfriends Club show. I know the stylists have worked well on it, and it’ll be cool to be a part of. Which labels are you into? Wynn Hamlyn and Taylor are probably the only brands properly interesting me right now but that’s solely my opinion. What is very important to you right now? Staying relevant and up to date with myself, making sure I’m a good person for my family especially my little brother and keeping those who I have faith in close and happy.

What do you think about the state of the fashion industry in New Zealand at the moment? It’s wonderful that diversity is being embraced more so now, although it’s not perfect, it’s a step on the right direction. What do you think you can bring to the landscape? Big hair. What is important to you right now? My music career is my most important focus right now. What’s your favourite place to party or hang out in Auckland right now? Any house rave is good with me.

How would you describe your style? The way I dress is always a reflection of my current fixations, but mostly leather and chains. Star Sign? Capricorn. How are you feeling about NZFW 2017? I’ve been living overseas for many years, so I’m interested to see how it’s changed and evolved since I was last part of it. What are you most excited about for the week? The Jimmy D show. What is important to you right now? My pet chickens. What book will you be reading at Fashion Week? Wormwood Star, The Magic Life of Marjorie Cameron.
