Megan Thee Stallion was part of the humanitarian team who gave us “WAP”, so really, she’s already done her fair share of philanthropy in 2020… but she’s still going! Today, the rapper and i-D cover star announced a new scholarship of $10k to any female students of colour currently pursuing an Associates, Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in any field.

Megan, who is still a college student herself, launched the scholarship because of her passion for the “transformative power of education”, a statement said today. So she’s partnered up with Rap Rotation to award two scholarships of $10k each. And who doesn’t love money, in the late capitalist hellscape which decrees we need it to survive and thrive!

The rapper dedicated the fund to “all the young women out there who don’t stop working hard to get their education”. While the scholarship site explained that, “women remain underrepresented and undervalued in society, and female students of colour are at a larger disadvantage when it comes to access financial resources.”

If that sounds like something you wanna get involved with, find out how to apply for The Don’t Stop Scholarship here. Good luck!
