In the new video for Loner, Mykki Blanco has pulled in an impressively eclectic selection of collaborators. PornHub, director duo Anthony Alex, artist Sam Rolfes and Nicola Formichetti‘s Nicopanda all joined the rapper to create the clip. Not surprisingly, sex is a central theme, but it’s hardly gratuitous.
Together the gang navigate intimacy, relationships and the changing role of physical connection in a VR world. Witnessing people writhe alone and together while strapped into headsets, viewers are invited to consider the future of sex in an increasingly isolated digital landscape.
