What do you do?
Rocio: We are both studying for our GCSEs
How/when dod you meet each other?
Rocio: The story of how we met is so cringey. We had to cover our books in Year 7 and Opi had McQueen on hers, I was like that’s my favourite designer! I just really needed a good friend at that time so I sat next to Opi and we hit it off.
What were your first impressions on each other?
Rocio: I idolised her in Year 7. She was like the weird quirky one and everyone else wore jeggings.
Ophelia: She had a kool fringe and I hated her jumper but her mum bought me Froyo 🙂
What are your favourite features of each other?
Rocio: Probably how I think we are so similar but so different. I’m never in a bad mood and she’s never in a good mood.
Ophelia: We’re both really chill and have similar feels.
What bad habits have you picked up from each other?
Ophelia: Silly words!
Rocio: I think I’m the bad one! Probably procrastinating. I never used to do it and now I’m like ‘oh Opi’s doing it, it’s fine.’
If money was no object what would you buy each other for their birthday?
Rocio: I would buy her young Jared Leto from My So Called Life!
Ophelia: A life long supply of cereal
What is love?
Ophelia: I should say something funky but this is so deep I can’t hack it
Rocio: Being so mesmerised by someone that anything they do is OK in your eyes
How old were you and who was it with the first time you ever fell in love?
Rocio: I was 14, the beginning of Summer with Opi’s cousin
Ophelia: Love is for the weak (joking)
Can you find real love on the internet?
Ophelia: Yes
Rocio: I think you can, my relationship with her cousin is basically online now.
What’s the best thing about being young in 2014?
Rocio: The freedom of being able to discover new things. When my dad was young he lived in Norfolk and that was all he knew, but now we can learn about the whole world online.
Ophelia: It’s really easy to surround yourself with people who you find intellectually stimulating.
