Who is EKKAH?
We’re Bex and Rebekah from various parts of the universe and we write, play and perform music together.
Why are EKKAH?
We make music because it’s fun and it’s the best feeling ever to write a song you totally dig and wanna party to. We met 10 years ago and haven’t stopped making music since. More than anything else we want to make music that puts people in a good mood, makes them dance and have a good time. No one wants to waste their life being in a bad mood but sometimes shit happens and we’re here to make you forget about it!
What is EKKAH?
PMA! (PostiveMentalAttitude) We use this mantra for everything we do and it helps us keep our good vibes when writing our music. People should more often be there for each other and don’t take things for granted. When things get tough, if you use a bit of PMA there are no problems, only solutions! For us two, EKKAH is a way of life and it’s a fun one.
When is EKKAH?
Our first ever EP, Last Chance To Dance, is out worldwide on the 24th November and it feels so strange and exciting to know that people can (hopefully) buy and listen to our music anywhere in the world and have a dance to it! We have a lot of touring planned for next year and the shows have been so much fun that we can’t wait for a sick 2015. We’re really excited about reaching people through our music and can’t wait to party with everyone.
