You know when you’re at a festival and the sun sets, it gets a bit cold and you really wish you’d bought a hoodie with you? Primavera Sound thought of that. This year, for the first time ever, the festival has their own capsule collection in collaboration with fellow Spaniards Pull&Bear. Comprising of the aforementioned hoodies, as well as tees, bumbags, tote bags, bucket hats, denim jackets and more — they’ve got all the festival essentials covered. And because Pull&Bear, like the good people at Primavera Sound, are into sustainability, the collection has been made using environmentally-friendly fabrics and processes.
The collaboration comes hot on the heels of the news that, of the 295 artists booked to play at Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum this weekend, over half are women. Great stuff! Primavera Sound are also committed to being a safe space, free from gender-based violence and discrimination, and are now working closely with the Barcelona Town Hall on their Nobody Is Normal movement.
