Yesterday the NYC Porn Film Festival’s founder Simon Leahy told The New York Post that Tongue Tied, the film made by Quentin Jones, starring Miley Cyrus had been entered into the adult movie marathon that kicks off later this month. “It’s a pop take on S&M,” he said, “[Cyrus is] starting to become more of a contemporary artist.”
Today however, the film was removed from the line up (which also includes Amalia Ulman and James Franco’s 2013 documentary on BDSM, Kink) with a spokesperson for the ex-Disney babe claiming “Miley was proud to make a film with acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Jones. Neither she nor Quentin are participating in this ‘festival’ in any way,” suggesting Cyrus had never entered it in the first place.
