Riccardo Tisci has talked to i-D before about his love of Gianni Versace, and now he’s showing his love for the late designer’s sister, casting Donatella (along with himself) in Givenchy’s fall/winter 15 campaign. The Italian pair have been shot side-by-side – Tisci dark and brooding, Donatella bright and platinum – by Mert and Marcus and styled by Carine Roitfeld. “For my talented friend Riccardo. Together we break fashion boundaries today!” was Donatella’s opinion on her Instagram, whilst Tisci said, “So proud and honored to introduce my new ultimate icon: Donatella Versace….FW15 Givenchy Family Campaign MORE TO COME SOON.” We look forward to the next image or revelation.
