sofia coppola directs gap’s christmas campaign

Dynastic director Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation, Somewhere, Marie Antoinette, The Virgin Suicides) has captured the curious charms of a family Christmas in a series of four short films for GAP. A man is left hanging under the mistletoe, a too-cool-for-fam girl comes back to a house full of hugs, a young boy lip-synchs for his life in the living room and a beauty plays pinball in a deserted restaurant. All of the characters have an idiosyncrasy that leads to the tagline: “You don’t have to get them to give them Gap.” Watch them and get in a merry mood.
