Who’s giving you hope for the future of fashion?
There’s a new modeling agency called Guerxs in Mexico City, it’s run by María Osado. It’s really giving way to a wider and more down-to-earth paradigm of what beauty is. I guess I’m hopeful about what kind of snowball effect might surface after this. We need more pioneers in this city.

Walk us through the perfect Friday night in Mexico City, from dusk till dawn.
First you must go to La Chicha in Colonia Roma, it’s one of my favourite places! You can have a very nice dinner and a few tasty drinks with friends there. Later you can finish with El Centro de Salud, which is also in Roma. It’s a underground place with a punk-goth vibe. They play 80s music, real classics. I love it.

Who’s giving you hope for the future of fashion?
Ready to Die, a local clothing brand. I collaborated with them, making music for the presentation of their new collection. Also Baby Rat, which is another of my favourite clothing brands. I think they both bring something different to the fashion scene.
