For his debut campaign for iconic fashion house Miu Miu, photographer Alasdair McLellan (teaming with stylist Katie Grand) whisks us away for a lost weekend on the enchanted grounds of Houghton Hall. Starring actress Amanda Seyfried and a cast of enigmatic characters — The Player, The Ingénue, The Whisperer — Found Narratives captures the carefree and playful attitude of the new Miu Miu girl.
The rich history of the Norfolk estate chimes with the craftsmanship and heritage of the clothes — a pearl slipper here and an oversized filled collar there. But perhaps it’s Houghton Hall’s great motto, “any hour for my friends” which sums up the campaign best.
