What do you do?
Yahna: I am a contemporary dancer and choreographer. My works mainly incorporate dance, film and installation.
Michael: I present Noise In My Head on NTS Radio from the comfort of our living room. I also DJ and run two record labels – NIMH Records and Efficient Space.
Where did you meet?
Yahna: We met nearly 7 years ago at a Horse Meat Disco party at the Toff in Town, Melbourne.
What’s most special about your partnership?
Yahna: We love hanging out but also doing our own thing. It’s super important to give each other the space so the other can grow. You would rarely see us out together on the weekend.
Michael: We’re both good sounding boards for each other’s ideas, although sometimes I’m pretty stubborn and don’t accept her opinion.
What do you love doing most together?
Yahna: Eating, movies (large screen experiences only), yoga.
Do you guys have a song?
Michael: It’s always changing. At the moment it’s Seydinah – A La Folie (Club Mix), courtesy of Telephones.

Michael: Stressing out about when’s the right moment to propose.
How do you see your future?
Yahna: We are getting married in May so I guess our future will be a long one.
What would you like to leave the world with?
Michael: 1000+ hours of radio.
Yahna: The beauty of working with dance on film is that its forever documented.

What do you do?
Ellen: I take photos. My ongoing fashion/photo collaboration, Girls Club, has had a bit of a break over into the new year so I’m ready to be focusing on that again. This year we are looking into making a photo book of our collaborative projects which is what I’m mostly looking forward to.
Will: I write and record music within a couple of Sydney bands. One’s called Death Bells and the other is called Muscle Memory. I’ve also started a record label this year with two friends of mine – Burning Rose. Where did you meet?
Ellen: My best friend told me to talk to him so I did.
Will: I kind of met Ellen at a pub last year – she just bummed a ciggie off me. What’s most special about your partnership?
Will: There’s a genuine interest in being in each other’s company. Even if we don’t do anything exciting or significant it always is cool just hanging out. What do you love doing most together?
Ellen: I really enjoy showing Will films he hasn’t seen before and he plays me music I don’t know about. I think it’s nice to take a genuine interest in what your other likes.
Will: Pretending we’re gonna leave the house.
Most fun night or occasion together ever/or in recent memory?
Will: We once unintentionally got drunk before a reservation at a nice restaurant in Sydney’s Inner East.
E: We ate pig’s head with egg yolk, it was mad.
How do you see your future?
Will: With a pretty narrow scope. I’m meant to go to the United States in June, that’ll be fun.
Ellen: I can really only see five years ahead and that’s a long PHD coming my way.

What do you do?
Dane: Depression is my main source of income.
Charlotte: Styling and creative direction.
What’s most special about your partnership?
Dane: We’re both dead inside and hate the same things.
Charlotte: Mutual agreement about most things in life and love for red wine.
What do you love doing most together?
Dane: Drinking organic red wine and complaining about life.

Dane: The entire One Direction discography (100% serious) especially Midnight Memories.
Charlotte: Any Linkin Park, One Direction or Zane song.
What would you like to leave the world with?
Dane: A piece of art, whether it’s a book or film that makes someone feel understood and less alone in this world. Or just a really, really, really good photo of me that my friends will use as their phone background for when I’m dead, whichever.
Charlotte: Some type of recognition of something I did that helps or inspires.
