We’ve been going to The Great Escape for years now, but this year we’re going hard. So hard in fact that we’re hosting an i-D stage with performances from some of the best new artists around. Taking place on Thursday 18 May, the i-D showcase will be headed up by our Class of 2017 artists The Rhythm Method, Sälen, Cosima, and Nilüfer Yanya. Bonus sets come from Tom Grennan and the really awesome ShitKid. Alongside the i-D line-up, our brothers and sisters at Noisey are bringing the grime, and other venues across the city will present a total of 450 new artists from all over the world. Tickets are on sale now, so it’s probably time to start planning your seaside slot machine holiday turned musical education.
