Fresh off his collaboration with Blondie, Dev Hynes has teamed up with actor, artist, and activist Amandla Stenberg for the new video With Him / Best to You / Better Numb. The three tracks, off last year’sFreetown Sound, have been combined for an extended concept video that sews together short swatches of life across LA. Throughout the clip we see the musician running through dusk-washed streets, showing off his contemporary dance skills and sharing a couple of very sweet piano and cello interludes with Amandla — seriously, their skill set is out of control.
Dev directed the project himself with Luke Gilford. Check it out on Tidal now.
