Sunshine Caulker. What issues are closest to your heart? I’m from a mixed-race family, so I care a lot about the rise of racist anti-immigration policies. I also really care about reproduction rights and the anti-austerity movement. If you could choose anyone in the world to be prime minister, who would you choose and why? My idol is revolutionary activist Angela Davis, so I would love for her to be prime minister. She ran for vice-president of the US in the 80s, but she’s probably a bit of a wild card.
Stevie Newall. If you could ask the world one question and get the answer, what would you ask? Why do we get moments like déjà-vu? What’s the best thing about being young in 2015? That we now have transgender supermodels and drag queens promoting self love on TV. Society is getting more and more open-minded in general; I like that.
Is beauty really in the eye of the beholder? The concept of beauty is entirely subjective but no one has to right to tell you that you’re not beautiful. What is your idea of perfect beauty? The ability to wake up feeling flawless.
