Since their 2011 takeover of Kenzo, Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon have brought the legendary house to another level, melding a futuristic aesthetic with founder Kenzo Takada’s wild jungle prints. Kenzo shows are always an extravaganza with a conscience — we’ve seen huge avatars announce that there’s “No Planet B,” and collections built around the idea of fish-less oceans.
Now, Kenzo has been confirmed as the latest brand to participate in H&M’s legendary designer collaboration series. Say Carol and Humberto (as one — they definitely have a hive mind): “With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries, and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world.” The collection will hit stores on November 3.
