And so could a piece of his hair.

If owning a piece of Kurt Cobain’s hair sounds Victorian death portrait-level creepy, know that the blonde lock in question comes from a doll (which Courtney made for Frances Bean). Happy late Halloween. This treasure, and many more pieces of Nirvana memorabilia, including the mohair cardigan Kurt wore for his 1993 MTV Unplugged performance, and the Nevermind platinum album plaque, are now up for auction at Julien’s – “the auction house to the stars.”

Rolling Stone announced that the online listings include nearly 350 items, which will go under the hammer on November 7. Here are some pieces worth saving for: Whitney Houston’s credit card application; starting bid, $400 (if you just walked to work instead of taking the subway for a few months, it could be yours!). Elvis’ red pajamas (his blue Dior ones already sold, but these are still great); starting bid, $3,000. Lady Gaga’s shoe molds (why not?); starting bid, $200. One of Jimi Hendrix’s statement necklaces; starting bid, $4,000. And the scariest thing you will ever see: a badly weathered life-size rubber figurine from the amusement park at Neverland Ranch – a steal at just $200!

But seriously, there are some genuinely amazing finds up for grabs, including a long-lost John Lennon guitar, Elvis’ Cadillac, handwritten Pearl Jam lyrics and many, many Michael Jackson performance costumes, plus the velvet jacket he wore to Liz Taylor’s seventh wedding. Browse the complete listings here, and start saving.
