Inspired by her vlogger friend Casper Lee and to celebrate the fact she’s reached 1,000,000 followers on Twitter, 18-year-old actress Maisie Williams has just launched her very own YouTube channel. Hooray! Already a queen on Instagram (she recently compared her eyes to vaginas in a hilarious video, which is almost as good as her selfie with fellow loller Bill Murray), expect to see a series of seriously funny spoofs and sketches from everyone’s favourite axe-wielding Stark. It will also be a platform through which she can promote her views on feminism, equality, and anti bullying, while inspiring her fans through relatable videos.
“I have decided to start a new YouTube channel,” she announced in her first video, “and the main reason is because today I’m going to be doing a q&a to celebrate reaching one million followers on Twitter, but also because I have lots of friends who do YouTube and I just find it really, really interesting what they do and I thought I’d give it a shot myself…It’ll just be every now and then; something that made me smile or an idea I had to let my creative juices out, I guess.” You heard her, get subscribing now!
