Although Rihanna has yet to be spotted in any NYFW #frows this season, she hosted a hotel party at The Edition on Madison Ave last night. Rocking electric blue lipstick, a simple white Ellery dress over flowing black trousers, a bow tied choker and some Cher Horowitz-esque Sophia Webster heels, the badgal kept it classic and cute. A casual squad including Kimye, Pharrell, and Gigi Hadid slid through to help Rih pour it up in the penthouse while the rain came pouring down. Her longtime faves Givenchy and Alexander Wang still have yet to show, so fingers crossed we’ll find her rocking PJs, pizzas, or prom dresses later this week. Until then, we’ve rounded up RiRi’s five most major fashion week moments from phresh off the runway samples to #freethenipple.

Navy, where y’all at? We all know Rihanna loves her Navy, but she wore her heart on her sleeve at Alexander Wang’s spring/summer 15 show in New York last September. The singer slid through in a blue bucket hat and matching oversized windbreaker — no pants required.

Phresh out the runway at Yeezy x adidas Originals: On her seventh studio album, 2012’s Unapologetic, Rihanna penned what’s perhaps the ultimate ode to samples,Phresh Out the Runway. But last season, the badgal made good on her ultra exclusive boasts when she rolled up to Yeezy’s collaborative adidas Originals NYFW presentation in a look by Julia Seemann that showed at VFILES just three days prior. RiRi rocked the Swiss designer’s off-the-shoulder composition print, baby blue fur situation while seated #frow next to longtime ride or die Alexander Wang, accessorizing the ensemble with some lace up Manolo Blahniks.

Freeing the nipple at Balmain: Back in December of 2013, Rihanna fronted Balmain’s spring/summer 14 campaign, shot by Inez & Vinoodh. But her love affair with the brand’s creative director, Olivier Rousteing, didn’t end there. The following season, Rih let it all hang out at the brand’s PFW after party, shutting the club down in a Balmain blazer and leather skirt, as well as a mesh bodysuit by Wolford. It was late February, but that didn’t deter the fearless fashion icon from going after one of her most memorable looks.

Chanel. Fanny. Pack: For fall/winter 15, Kaiser Karl casually created a fully operational Chanel supermarket stocked entirely with double C branded items. Ever the sensible shopper, Rihanna attended the affair in matching Chanel pastel purple separates and accessorized with a fanny pack. We didn’t think it was scientifically feasible to make the hip pouch appealing in any capacity, but here is the proof. Plus, it freed up her hands to take a joyride in a shopping cart on Cara Delevingne’s lap.

Reppin New York in Paris: Although Rihanna was attending Comme des Garçons’ and Vivienne Westwood’s fall/winter 14 runway shows in Paris, her black and white look was a nod to New York’s emerging designers. Her oversized coat was from Melitta Baumeister’s Parsons graduate collection, while the “Fear” stole featured in Hyein Seo’s VFILES debut earlier that season. The badgal’s bunny ears and body suit were, of course, pieces from her longtime costume designer Adam Selman’s main line.
